INTRODUCING POTATO SEASONS
THE LIFECYCLE OF A POTATO

Two harvests, many regions
A range that follows the land all year round.
Victoria gives us two harvests each year, one through autumn and winter, and one through summer. Our family farm near Ballarat and many of our grower partners follow that rhythm.
For seasonal conditions or specialty varieties, we also work with select growers in Tasmania, Western Australia and Queensland, matching each variety to the region that grows it best.
New SeasonFreshly harvested, with delicate skins and a fresh, clean flavour.
End of SeasonMatured, bringing deeper flavour and richness. Each has its moment in the kitchen, and each is worth knowing.
Short SeasonSome potatoes are grown in smaller quantities, or they require just the right conditions to thrive, so only produce a small amount that meet our quality standards. These may only be available few weeks each year.
Skipped SeasonNot all potato varieties appear each season, as unpredictable weather and other conditions can sometimes result in a missed season.
