Wilwash Potatoes

Wilwash potatoes are a lovely creamy Australian potato. Their white skin and white flesh are perfect for boiling and steaming. They will make a white silky mash, great for topping Shepherd’s Pie. They can also be used as more of an all rounder to make wedges and to roast.
