Purple Bliss have a very similar colour to the Midnight Pearl where they too have a beautiful, dark purple flesh. No matter what you do with them, they will come out purple!! The Purple Bliss are great for steaming, salads, mashing and can be roasted too for a beautiful creamy texture!
