Gourmet / Fingerling
Special because of their shape, colour and texture.
Some are more delicate, needing to be hand dug. The deep, rich colours are sought after for their antioxidant properties and unique flavour profiles.
Crispy (Starchy)
Higher starch content gives a great “crunch”.
Because they're drier (lower in moisture), they're perfect for making:
Creamy (Waxy)
Generally lower in GI, they hold their shape.
They won't absorb water during cooking, so they stay firm. Perfect for:

I genuinely did not know potatoes could taste like this.
I am currently sitting here eating an entire bowl of Spud Sister potatoes like it’s a religious experience. These are not just “good potatoes”. These are life changing, food lover level potatoes.
The flavour is unbelievable. Rich, buttery, earthy, slightly sweet, with that perfect fluffy yet creamy texture that makes you stop mid bite and question every other potato you’ve ever eaten. I honestly did not realise potatoes could have this much flavour.

I made some excellent Roasted Greek lemon potatoes using these. Would definitely buy again!
