An old-fashioned variety that has been in Australia for many years. It’s origin from the USA. Does a pretty good job at most cooking processes, but loves to be Baked, Roasted or Fried. Try also on the BBQ or on top of your pizza.
Not my favourite I like Dutch cream best
Used the Kennebec in making bacon hash. They crisped up great in the oven and the skins were later stuffed as fully loaded potato skins
