Otway Red potatoes are an Aussie all rounder, with red smooth skin and white creamy flesh. They are fabulous when boiled, roasted, mashed, fried or whole baked.
I have used these in a stew and roasted them. Lovely fresh flavour. Worked well in a Bavarian of Lamb.

Otway Red potatoes are so good. Beautiful flavour and texture (the type I prefer). Dry roasted some and then did a potato gratin. Did one in microwave too and it was yummy. Thank you all for growing potatoes and explaining the variety etc and if they're floury or not. You all deserve a pat on the back!!! Thanks again.

Otway Red Potatoes are perfect all rounders.
My delivery of Otway Red Potatoes and Andean Sunrise potatoes arrived swiftly after I put in an online order with Spud Sisters. Both are excellent all rounders. The Andean Sunrise made perfect mash potato - and I combined both for potato and leek soup. Excellent soup! No more bland supermarket potatoes for me. I love a great spud and these are perfect.
