Shipping policy

WE ONLY SERVE AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We deliver our potatoes ourselves using our fleet of specialized delivery trucks. Unfortunately this means that we can only deliver to local customers. Interstate customers can also order on our website, however with the currently COVID19 pandemic, interstate customs may interfere with our delivery procures. International customers, please see the "International shipping" section of this page for more information.

RADIUS SHIPPING BASED FEE'S

We want to make sure that our potatoes arrive to your door in a the best condition possible. This is why we entrust out potatoes to our specialist fleet of drivers and delivery staff to make sure your purchase is in the best condition possible. In order to achieve this we need to charge a radius based fee on deliver. The further you are from our farm, the more shipping will cost. We are however working with our third party delivery providers to help bring the cost delivery down.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer the option of express shipping on Victorian Orders. All items will be shipped between 1-3 business days. Orders must be placed before 12PM, for same day dispatch.

TRACKING NUMBERS

As all items are delivered by our in house delivery team, we do not send tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will only be sent if items are sent using our third party delivery providers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally.

WHEN PLACING ORDERS

Please double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems. If an order is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, the re-posting fee is $20 to cover the return shipping we are charged as well as the cost to resend, thank you for your understanding.
