We love pink eyes, no matter what the write up says, they’re so versatile and the most delicious potatoe. I can get a beautiful baked pink eye with a crunchy skin using the air fryer. If you’ve never tried them, you are really missing out

Getting a package from Spud Sisters is always a treat. A promise of great meals to come! We love getting Maris Piper potatoes so that we can make dishes with crispy outsides and fluffy inners - great for roast potatoes and chips, and more. Garlic without bitter sprouts inside is pretty special too. Yum!

For the first time in many years I was able to have roast potatoes like an enjoyed as a child in England. Par boiled then deep fried nothing could beat then.

I'm based in NZ and delighted with the addition of a Spud Sisters gift card, so that we could give my daughter in Melbourne the opportunity to select some special spuds. No par boiling required to roast these beauts. We roasted skin n all in a hot oven. Just stabbed them a couple of times, doused in some goose fat, harissa, cumin seeds and salt. Crispy on outside and floury on the inside - delish!
