For the first time in many years I was able to have roast potatoes like an enjoyed as a child in England. Par boiled then deep fried nothing could beat then.

No par boiling required to roast these beauts. We roasted skin n all in a hot oven. Just stabbed them a couple of times, doused in some goose fat, harissa, cumin seeds and salt. Crispy on outside and floury on the inside - delish!

I cooked a Beef Massaman with this type of spud. Boy the result was fantastic. It held its shape, texture and the taste is better aswel. I have purchased another bunch of spuds as well that I'm looking forward to be cooking with. Thanks very to everyone at Spud Sisters.

I love a good mashed potato. Dutch Creams from Spud Sisters made a great mash last night. Perfect with a dollop of butter and a dash of milk. Yum!
