Fair play to you these are easily the best spuds I've had in the 20 years I've been in Oz.
And I'm Irish!
I've made chips roasties and even mash and champ and they're superb every time.
I boil them first, let them steam for 10 minutes then into the fryer or the oven.
Perfect every time.
