WE ONLY SERVE CUSTOMERS IN AUSTRALIA

We deliver our potatoes ourselves! Unfortunately this means that we can only deliver to a select number of suberbs. We currently working on expanding our delivery radius. Be sure to sign up for our news letter so that you get notified on our shipping changes.

RADIUS SHIPPING BASED FEE'S

We want to make sure that our potatoes arrive to your door in the best condition possible. In order to achieve this we need to charge a radius based fee on delivery.  

TRACKING NUMBERS

As all items are delivered by the Spud Sister team, we do not send tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will only be sent if items are sent using our third party delivery providers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally.

WHEN PLACING ORDERS

Please double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems. If an order is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, the re-delivery fee is $20 to cover the cost to resend, thank you for your understanding.
