Some of our best varieties are seasonal, and right now these ones are resting. We could store and ship year round product the way the supermarkets do, but a potato that has spent months in cold storage is not the potato we want to send you. So instead we wait for the next harvest, and so do you.

Good things, and good spuds, are worth waiting for.
