Mayan Gold Potatoes are very similar to an Andean Sunrise. They are a floury potato with a light yellow flesh. These beauties are beautiful roasted, fried and you could even try a mash! Definitely worth a go!

Not just the Mayan Gold but all the potatoes I ordered are DELICIOUS

Mayan Gold roasted spuds & chips are totally yum. My review is late because I received 8 different potato varieties (yes I know that's a lot of spuds) & we've been enjoying a degustation feast cooking them every which way. Maris Piper, Crimson Pearl, Midnight Pearl, Mayan Gold, Nicola, Pink Fir, Kipfler & Prince of Orange. And still, there's more varieties we're wanting to try. I now consider myself a spud connoisseur & Spud Sisters potatoes are simply the BEST we've ever eaten. As for Spud Sister's keeping us informed, their delivery and service? Nothing short of AWESOME right down to the handwritten note from Flynn :-) Thank you Spud Sisters
