Love the blue potatoes. They're a floury potato, so mashing is probably best IMO.
we trailed a few different types in wedges and these were my husbands favourite. i found them to cook considerably faster than the others and the crisp up very well on the outsides. it might be worth checking on them early when following standard recipe timings.

I did find these potatoes to be a bit dry, so I'll use the rest for mash but the potatoes were fresh firm and unblemished.
We oven roasted our crimson pearl potatoes and they were delicious. The colour upon cutting had a mottled pink and white colour which was surprising yet still lovely.
