Tuck Shop Take Away was the Caulfield burger shop with a cult following, run by Clinton and Karina Serex, two chefs whose CVs include some of the world's most celebrated kitchens.

The sauces crowned every burger they served, and demand for them grew so strong that the pair turned to making sauce full time as Tuck Shop Sauce Co. Everything is made by hand in Melbourne in small batches with minimal ingredients.

A blend of Tuck Shop's house made tomato sauce, house made mayonnaise and mustard. This is the original: the sauce that crowned every burger at the shop.

While it is clearly a standout when served on a burger, it has many more uses. Including as a dipping sauce for prawns, a sandwich spread and a dressing. We recommend serving it alongside golden potato wedges made from Russet Potatoes.

Refrigerate after opening and use within the timeframe on the label. Give it a good shake before serving.
