I've only had Innovators once before., at a Safeway before the name change. They were good then, and still are. Thick multilayer skin that crisps beautifully. Tasty almost mealy inside. Bake or make large fries with the skin. They do mash well too. Dice the leftovers and make great real hashbrowns (not Macs). I come from USA and they make good Idahos. It's great to have a retail source for delivery. Thanks Spud Sisters
Little bit too waxy for gncchi, but still great to make it with, used a potato rice rather than a masher, and great colour and flavour🤤, the parmesan and nutmeg really work well with this potato 👌👍
Roasted the King Edwards for Mother’s Day lunch, along with the Blackwood Gold. They were both so delicious and complemented the Eggplant Parmigiana so beautifully. The potatoes were the centrepiece of the meal.

It’s not often I miss anything about living in England except when I eat a potato… but finding Maris Pipers ans King Edward’s took me straight back. I don’t think I will be able to buy anything else ever again. Real flavour and amazing texture just like I remember.
Boil, crush, toss in a mixture of melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, red murray salt flakes and cracked black pepper, bake on 180c for 20- 30 minutes 👍👌🤤😋😁
Cooked with roast lamb, onions, garlic and rosemary, just cut in half and put around roast, great nutty potato taste 🤤👍
