I've been looking for Maris Piper Potatoes for years. They are excellent for roast potatoes. Lovely & fluffy on the inside & crisp on the outside. Our supermarkets need to stock these beauties!
One of the potatoes I ordered was the midnight pearl. I served it mashed with a casserole and it was absolutely divine, and the colour of the potato after mashing it and serving it in the plate was out of this world. Everyone loved the flavour.
