It’s not often I miss anything about living in England except when I eat a potato… but finding Maris Pipers ans King Edward’s took me straight back. I don’t think I will be able to buy anything else ever again. Real flavour and amazing texture just like I remember.

Boil, crush, toss in a mixture of melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, red murray salt flakes and cracked black pepper, bake on 180c for 20- 30 minutes 👍👌🤤😋😁

Cooked with roast lamb, onions, garlic and rosemary, just cut in half and put around roast, great nutty potato taste 🤤👍
