One of the potatoes I ordered was the midnight pearl. I served it mashed with a casserole and it was absolutely divine, and the colour of the potato after mashing it and serving it in the plate was out of this world. Everyone loved the flavour. My second order - both were excellent potatoes.
These are great for mash boiled with cloves of garlic. Mash the potatoes with the garlic. Then all you need is good butter salt, and some chives..
Bit early to plant yet, but have used the same before and have had amazing success with the potatoes

And I'm Irish!
I've made chips roasties and even mash and champ and they're superb every time.
I boil them first, let them steam for 10 minutes then into the fryer or the oven.
Perfect every time.
