Peruvian Gold potatoes are similar to Andean Sunrise in which they have a rich golden flesh. They are amazing for roasting, mash, fry…..and gnocchi!

Peruvian Gold potatoes have beautiful golden flesh that is light and fluffy on the inside. Great for roasting and crisps up on the outside. They have quite a tasty unique flavour which isn't melts in your mouth. Scrumptious 😀
These are nice fresh spuds but I think I need some guidance and recipes to make the most of them because they're turning out kind of average with my 'modern Australian' cookery style!
