Developed in Canada, has a smooth skin, yellow flesh. A drier potato, but with a tad more body to the mash. Lovely roasted and Hasselback

Damn. Missed getting these again this year. Beautiful potato. Large, early and prolific tubers. Great baked or sauteed potato.

All Spuds Are Good Spuds

Have only boiled these so far and they were very nice. I will roast this weekend with lamb and I suspect they will be perfect.
