Long shaped, white flesh, rustic skin. The shape makes them excellent chipping potato but they are also a favorite Roasted or Wedges, grated into a Potato Pancake. Makes a lovely, drier fluffy mash.

I’ve often seen these potatoes 🥔 in overseas recipes but they aren’t on sale in my area. It was great to be able to purchase them & try them out. Perfect.
