I baked one of the Sebagos in a very hot oven the day they arrived. They taste so different to supermarket ones… I read somewhere else that’s probably because they cold-store them. This tater tastes like spuds I remember as a kid. I just split them and poured over melted butter… cold butter would have cooled them too fast. Chips coming shortly and I’m predicting a crispy outside, and fluffy center with that same great taste. Got a new deep fryer and fresh oil for the occasion.
