My granddaughter thought the chips were burnt. I told her the potatoes were red. After dinner she said they were the best chips ever. The trouble with really good spuds is that after you've eaten them you just can't go back to supermarket potatoes. We love these spuds.
After par boiling and roasting in the oven they were divine - crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside 😋😍
These were so fresh, and were a good floury type as described with very white flesh perfect for thickening a potato soup. Will definitely be ordering these again.
