Pontiac potatoes have dimpled red skin and silky white flesh that originate from the USA. Another great all rounder, that makes fabulous fluffy mash, also quite happy in the oven, any which way!
Yum, yum. Finally got to eat them again after a long time. Roasted them with lamb leg. Just as I remember......hearty, beautiful flavour and great to roast. Will continue to buy them when available. Great all rounder.
