Who doesn't love a chat potato?

My needs are few when it comes to chat potatoes: I want them to be roughly the same size so they cook evenly and preferably nice and clean so no extra scrubbing is required. These were all that plus a lovely fresh taste. Simply boiled and dresed with salt and butter, they do the job brilliantly.
