Similar to Nicola but slightly lighter. Easier to mash whilst still being creamy. Good roaster but don’t expect super crunch! Also beautiful for boiling and potato salad!

A delicately flavored, creamy potato. I cooked them in salted water, then mashed them with cream, freshly ground black pepper, and stirred in some chopped chives. Potatolicious !
